A look back at 2013

{2013}

I decided it would be fun to take a look back at 2013. 

I started looking through photos and realized that it might be a larger task than I had originally planned. 

I could spend all day posting photos and writing highlights but here is a quick look back of 2013!

{JANUARY}

We rang in the new year in Jerome, Idaho with friends and family. 

E and I took a trip to CANADA to see some of our favorite people. 

Mom and I ran the Disney Marathon in Orlando, FL together!! 

{FEBRUARY}

We saw Safe Haven and ate sushi on Feb. 14th. 

I celebrated my 27th birthday and Eric followed the day after turning 32. 

Eric flew to Arizona to find us a home. 

We spent most of the month PACKING getting ready for our big move. 

 

{MARCH}

We moved to Chandler, Arizona.

Eric started his first clinical rotation, Pediatrics

We celebrated Easter. 

{APRIL} 

I went home to Iowa to see my BEST friend walk down the isle!! 

I survived working at a CPA office during tax season....barely. 

We hiked Camelback Mountain for the first time. 

I bought my first vacuum cleaner. 

{MAY} 

We celebrated our TWO year anniversary!!! 

We took a drive to see gorgeous Sedona! 

I became a DoTerra consultant! 

Eric started his Internal Medicine rotation. 

{JUNE} 

We made a quick trip to Salt Lake City and stopped at Zion's National Park. 

My sister moved to Arizona!! 

Ate chicken and waffles for the first time. 

Saw a movie in the park. 

{JULY}

Happy Independence Day spent with Coopers and Jensens. 

We drove to Albion, Idaho for our family reunion. 

I got a new job with an amazing wedding planner in Phoenix and joined the crew at  

A Day to Cherish Weddings and Celebrations. 

Hiked City of Rocks. 

 

{AUGUST}

My MOM came to Arizona! 

We hiked Superstition Mountain. 

We got a Costco membership!!! 

Eric started his surgery rotation. 

Survived 117 degree temps. 

Registered for my 2nd marathon with Mom. 

{SEPTEMBER}

My MOM came back to Arizona for a work conference and brought my DAD! 

We went to a Diamondbacks game. 

Experienced my first drybar. 

{OCTOBER}

Stan and Cathy came to visit and they took us to Out of Africa in Prescott. 

Eric dressed up at Walter White for Halloween. 

I hiked Sunrise Trail with a new friend. 

Spent conference weekend at my sisters house. 

Eric started his OB-Gyn rotation. 

I quit Forever 21 and got a job at Kirklands Home. 

{NOVEMBER}

I took a trip to St. George, Utah for Time Out for Women with the Lott girls. 

We visited the Phoenix Zoo. 

We bought our first Christmas Tree! 

We drove to California for Thanksgiving at the Stehrenbergers home. 

{DECEMBER}

We helped plan the ward Christmas party and decorated for the Hot Chocolate Bar. 

We spent our first Christmas just the two of us. 

Make Christmas cookies and watched lots of Christmas movies. 

We did an outdoor clean-up service project with the youth at church. 

I started Marathon training (should have started in November...)
