tough mudder

 {ARIZONA TOUGH MUDDER}

March 2015 

 

We signed up for the Arizona Tough Mudder several months ago and before we knew it, 

it was MARCH and time to get MUDDY. 

It was SO HARD! and SO HOT! and SO HARD! 

Just under 12 miles of running and 24 obstacles.

This was one of the craziest, hardest things I've done in a while. Maybe I'll just stick to the running thing, without the mud and crazy obstacles! I had a blast doing it with Eric and a group of all our friends, there is no way you can make it through this course without the help of others pushing and pulling you through the mud! The Tough Mudder is NOT a race, it's all about the experience and camaraderie with those who have the same goal as you...finishing!

Eric got to blow out his very own candles for his birthday on the 22nd 

We had SUCH a fun birthday week in California with family!! Eric and I drove over to Laguna Nigel to where Tamio and Anna and live and then Stan and Cathy came flew over the next day. We spent two days in the parks. Our first day at California Adventure where we got stuck on the California Screamin' Coaster and then Disneyland the next day! The weather was perfect and the parks were a blast! An unforgettable birthday for sure. Thanks to the Stehrenberger's for hosting us! and thanks to Stan and & Cathy for the Disney birthday gift! I love being in the parks and feeling like a kid again.
