Early Friday morning Eric and I were woken up by our phones ringing over and over, once we came around we realized it was Eric's brother Jordan calling. Eric called him back and Jordan said he had tickets to The Killers concert that night and asked if we were interested in going. Eric told Jordan he'd talk to me and we'd let him know. As soon as Eric told me I was super excited!! THEN I found out that they were playing in OREM, UTAH...about 4 hours from Jerome. Jordan convinced us to come by volunteering to do all the driving, so we were in.
We left about 2:30 Friday afternoon and headed down to Orem. We had a fun drive down in the car chatting away and listening to The Killers new album. We got there just in time to grab IN-N-OUT for dinner : )
The concert was AWESOME! We had great seats and the show was so fun! Eric kept Jordan awake on the way home while Heather and I slept. We finally crawled into our warm beds at 3:30 AM.
It was well worth it.
