thanksgiving weekend photo diary

Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and got to celebrate and spend time with loved ones.
Instead of doing an instagram post this week, I'm going to blog my Thanksgiving weekend photos. It was one of those events that when all is said and done, I wish I had taken more photos! I feel like I get so caught up in cooking and family and eating and games that I forgot to pull out my camera and document the little and BIG things. I did get a few though, so I'll share what I have with you all.

TURKEY

Eric's sister Anna has been planning a surprise anniversary party for Stan and Cathy for their 35th. It has been in the works for a couple months now and Saturday was the big day!! All of us kids have been doing all we can to help prepare for the big surprise. We had the party in the most beautiful barn. We snuck in some time to decorate and pick up some last minute things for the celebration. The first surprise was the limo that picked us up and took us to Twin Falls for dinner at Canyon Crest. We enjoyed some great food and a beautiful sunset over the canyon. We finished the night off by blindfolding the parents and driving them out to the barn where all their closest friends and family were waiting to shout SURPRISE and it was definitely a surprise. Their faces were priceless. Thanks Anna for all your hard work and wonderful time had by all!
Oh- and Happy Anniversary Stan & Cathy!

It was a wonderful Thanksgiving spent with some amazing people. I'm so Thankful to be a member of the Lott family! I cherish the time that we have when we are all together. I have so many things to be thankful for this year and am glad for this time of year where I reminded of how blessed I am.
