smile

Lately I've been struggling with my blog. I thought that I would be really great at it since I have so much time on my hands right now, but I'm not as good as I thought I would be! I think it's something about writing my feelings down for everyone to see that I have a hard time with. I think I worry too much about not being interesting enough or feeling like no one out there reads my blog anyway, but I've decided that I don't really care and that it's okay if I'm a really bad writer. So I am re-dedicating myself to try a little harder. 

The last couple of weeks have been dragging by, which seems strange because I was feeling like time was going to slip away and before we even realized what happened, it would be April and we would be packing our bags, getting ready to leave the island forever. I blame the slow days on the weather...it's been strangely windy and rainy and that really puts a damper in my routine of going down to the beach everyday. I know, poor me but really, the rain makes it much harder to find things to do especially when you're traveling on foot : ) 

So I decided I'm going to quit being a bum and be a happier person no matter if it's rain or shine! I have a lot to be happy about and thankful for. Smiling makes everything better, so I'm going to share TEN photos that make me smile and will hopefully make you smile too.
