We had a very eventful Easter this year.
Last year was a super fun Easter spend on Statia where we were introduced to new traditions, if you don't remember check it out here. This year we were excited to get back to a few old traditions with egg hunts, ham and potatoes and baskets full of candy. Saturday morning our ward hosted a party in the backyard of an incredible home. They served a delicious breakfast and had so many fun games for the little ones. We enjoyed watching from the sidelines and mingling with ward members. They had the cutest little bunny tracks from the driveway to the backyard and had fun treat bags hanging from a huge tree AND of course eggs scattered throughout the yard. Saturday night was the night we attended the Mesa Easter pageant, if you missed my post about that go here. And then on Sunday I had fun playing the Easter bunny and surprised Eric with baskets full of our favorite chocolates and the new JT album.
He loved it.
We had a great morning at church and then headed to our Bishop's house for Easter dinner.
We really love our new ward! Everyone is so great. We had a wonderful afternoon spent in a beautiful home and wonderful company, oh and DELICIOUS food! YUM.
These are a few fun photos.
I bought some spring-looking flowers to put all over the house!
Last but not least...
