Since my second day in Iowa the corn fields have been taking over my life! It's been quite the life getting up at 5:30 to catch the detasseling bus by 6 am and not returning till 4, 5 or 6 pm! I was able to catch a few nights at the Hardin County Fair last week, but other than that it's been work and sleep and work and sleep for me!! 

1. Since I've been waking up so early every morning,

 I catch a pretty great sunrise on the bus to work!

 2. Went to my first ever Chuckwagon Races at the fair!

4. LOVE the Grand Theatre in Eldora, I've already seen 

Madagascar 3 and Brave since I've been home!

5. Whenever I come home my mom 

ALWAYS gets to braid my hair

 

6. Mom & I made blackberry jam! YUM

7. I love getting colorings from cute girls at church! 

 8. I've really missed the Sunday night pizza tradition at home
