the fairmont princess resort

Every year my mom gets to travel somewhere really fun for a banking conference and this year she came to Scottsdale, ARIZONA! Whoo hooo. Dad usually tags along and of course didn't want to miss this trip! They were here a total of 10 days split between Chandler, Mel's and Scottsdale. We were able to hang out with them at the Fairmont Princess Resort while they were staying there. The pools were amazing and one had 2 pretty sweet slides (pictures below). Mel came down with the kids and we had a pretty fun time enjoying the sun and water.

10 things from last week.

1. I left these in the car for 4 hours in the heat 

and they were so soft and so tasty!

2. FINALLY bought a can opener, 

my parents were shocked we had been opening 

cans with a knife. 

3. This happened one night. 

All 3 gone in minutes. 

4. YEP, I started watching Grey's Anatomy from season ONE. 

I've seen a few episodes from random seasons, 

but thanks to netflix I'm starting from the very beginning. 

5. I was in charge of planning and decorating a fun 

event for the YW and a few RS sisters in our ward. 

It was a fall theme. 

6. Cute fall napkins & plates. 

7. Tis the season! 

8. Got this cool cup from Jimmy John's for 

FREE. I need more. 

9. It started cooling down around here, 

a whopping 79 degrees at 9pm. 

10. Let the fall shows begin!!
