On Saturday we went hiking and swimming with some friends. 

What we thought was going to be a quick little hike to a waterfall turned into a 

little over 4 miles. It was hot and we were anxious to get to the water. 

Once we finally got there it was PERFECT. 

The water was refreshing and just what we needed. 

And to top it off, there were people handing out cold cokes and water once we reached the falls. 

A coke never tasted soooo good : ) 

Even though the hike was more than we expected, we had a blast and made the most of our day! 

We will for sure be making another trip sometime this summer.

{SHORT INSTAGRAM} 

1. This was a throwback thursday photo I posted. 

Pences Pumpkin Patch, yes it's for real. 

We grew pumpkins when I was little. 

That's my Mom and Aunt Julie as witches : ) 

2. I found this photo from a while back, I guess I never posted it. 

Some friends at church had us over for dinner and they had 

just found baby bunnies. ADORable. 

 3. It was too hot on Friday, so I quit my job. 

Not really, but really. 

I quit. 

4. And Eric took me for yogurt to celebrate~ 

5. Eric and I made these beauties over the weekend. 

My dad is a master at covered strawberries, but 

since I'm allergic he always made me grapes. 

Sweetest guy and a genius.

He recently gave me the secret recipe and I'm in love.
